-The Early Spring 2023 Event, 'Absolute Defense Line! "Ogasawara Regiment" Relief', has commenced. It is a large-scale event of 6 maps. There are 8 tags across the event.
-The new ships implemented are Shiratsuyu-class destroyer Yuugure (E-2/3 drop) and one of the first JMSDF ships, Fletcher-class destroyer DD-663 USS Heywood L. Edwards (JS Ariake) (E-2/3 drop). Kumano Maru is the E-3 reward. In the EOs, new ships implemented are Japanese coastal defense ship Noumi (EO drop), the New Orleans-class heavy cruiser CA-37 USS Tuscaloosa (E-5 reward), and Japanese No.101 Transport Ship (E-6 reward).
-The new equipment implemented in the event is the Shiden Kai (343 Air Group) 407th Fighter Squadron. New equipment in the EO are the Zero Fighter M52C (Yawata Force), Type 1 Land-based Attack Aircraft (Yawata Force), Toku Daihatsu + Chi-Ha, Toku Daihatsu + Chi-Ha Kai, Army Infantry Corps, Type 97 Medium Tank (Chi-Ha), Type 97 Medium Tank New Turrent (Chi-Ha Kai), and Army Infantry Corps + Chi-Ha Kai.
-The January ranking rewards have been distributed. The new equipment is the Type 1 Fighter Hayabusa Model III Kai (Skilled/20th Squadron).
-As of the Feb 28, 2020 maintenance, due to critical DDoS attacks, measures have been taken that requires players from certain countries to use a Japanese IP address to connect to the Login servers. After getting to the start screen it's possible to disconnect from the VPN and continue playing without it. If you still encounter connection issues try clearing your cache and changing your time zone to JST. These countermeasures will remain until further notice. EN EO now bypasses the block. Another possible workaround is using https://github.com/Tibowl/KCCacheProxy

Need advice what to upgrade right now.
Quints are taking priority, but I can only upgrade them on few days of the week. For the rest, what would you consider higher priority: creating and pushing the Type 0 Model 64 Fighter-Bomber to *10, or should I work on, say, putting 4 16inch Triple Turret Mk.6 mod2 to at least +4 for my fast battleships?
I've collected the AU-1, F4U-4 and F4U-7 from last event, whilst for guns I only have 4 old Proto 35.6cm Triple guns maxed, so the guns should be a better option unless there's something particular about the Model 64 that isn't on the wiki.

only in e2 is fine, but if you have a dupe yamato, you can use it in e3 and e5, it gets more easier the boss run and share the same tag, check the fleets they used it before the update, both zkms and kiton used a dupe yamato/musashi and yamato/iowa in e5.
