Keep your eyes peeled for a quest that directs you to the Pran Station, which should occur around level 8, IIRC.

To get the full loli, as opposed to a silly little stick fairy, you must grind her up to level 5, which should finish when you hit around level 12/13.

I tried this yesterday. Its a decent free MMO, the thing that seems good are the nations wars with loads of players and it does not seem to be all that laggy.

Everything really does aggro too much in this game. It'd be fine if you actually had to get close to them to trigger it, but something from like 40 feet away will aggro you, and then its partners will aggro you because of linked aggro and then you have like 10 things on you when you were off fighting something in the opposite direction.
