How strong is Cirno really? I mean, she's a stage 2 boss, a stage 1 boss, and a mid boss. Yet she's also a player character twice which means she can also defeat EX level bosses on her own. Wriggle was never a player character, nor Letty, nor Chen, nor other stage 1 and 2 bosses. Hell there's 4th stage bosses who never get made player characters.

Which means the little lady has some power to her or she wouldn't have been a player character. It begs the question, just how strong is she really?

She can control "cold," right? There is no such thing as cold. Cold is the absence of heat, which is just kinetic energy. Cirno controls kinetic energy. Let that sink in for a minute.
