From what I understand about the law is that anything shipped as a "mannequin", which is what I believe most vendors ship it as, it's always inspected no matter what. the "approval" process is literally one Customs agent looking at it, then either checking it off as fine, or going to another agent to ask for a second opinion, and if both are in consensus it's either approved to denied.
So we don't "really" have a height restriction like some places, in fact, that sexdollscanada vendor sells a bunch of mini-dolls. It's more about if the custom agent/agents think/see the doll as child-like.
TL;DR Ehh, that one I'm iffy about it passing inspection, the height wouldn't sink it, but the face/bust combo might. Pro tip, reading labels is going to make a lot of things easier
Now here's what you do to clean your hip, go get yourself a plastic bin, it doesn't need to be deep enough to store the hip but it does need to be wide enough for you to place it in and then get yourself some clean towels, microfiber or big sack cloth towels are what you want
Put a towel in the big, after you rinse off your hip the bin is going to be your drying station, towel your hip off by squeezing it instead of wiping so you don't run the risk of abrasion damage
After it's dry remove the towel and keep the hip in the bin, now you give it a dusting with the powder, if you can I would get a powder puff or big make up brush since it makes applying the powder easier
When that's done wrap your hip up in another clean towel, that plus the powder is going to keep pretty much anything from sticking to it
Oh and make sure your plastic container has a lid, this way you'll always have a little work station, and clean your room

There are a variety of oral onas, some with hard teeth, soft teeth. I think you can buy just doll heads and there are also largers oral onas that are head-shaped, but I really don't think having an entire head would really add much to the experience.
