I think the Yumina lore is something revealed recently-ish? I don't really follow new TM lore and was just using info from the novel itself. Alice's magecraft system is listed as Yumina in the material book that came with Mahoyo. I can't remember if it was used ingame though.
It was speculated even back then that Yumina was the user of the first magic though.

In Heaven's Feel, after Shirou kills Saber Alter. Once back at Camlann hill, what exactly happen with Artoria?

Does she keep her Alter persona or is back to normal (in mind and appearance)? Does she retain her experience as Alter or is it Artoria will only remember up to the point she was swallowed by the mud? or Is that Alter just another copy of Saber whom newly resummoned by Sakura/the shadow once she is defeated/gone it won't have any impact on the real Artoria at Camlann?
Another question, I repeat myself. After Alter gets killed, if she remember everything that happen in HF route and of the grail true nature, what would be future course for Artoria at Camlann, what would she do with her country?

Both Mino and Aoko had that misunderstanding, but it's not impossible for something to start off as admiration and transition into love. Still, it does not shift to there for either. Regarding the Fujou, the setting isn't quite the same.
Though Rakkyo and Tsukihime have a lot of points in common, there are a few tiny differences in the details.
One of those is the Fujou. In reality they're actually ESP users like the Asagami, Ryougi, and Nanaya. But in Rakkyo they are a magi lineage.
Other than that... oh, right, there's Aoko's age. If Rakkyo and Tsukihime were the same world then Aoko would only be a little bit older than Tohno Shiki. The Aoko in Rakkyo has not yet gained the title of "Miss Blue", and is still training in Misaki Town.
It's probably best to think of it as subtly shifted parallel worlds.

Yes, probably 90+% of people that read KnK have read the 2007 print version at this point. There's some old interview before where Nasu expressed that he wished he could get rid of the old print versions (2004 I think), and have everyone read the new ones instead since it's so much better. As for what's concretely different, I personally have no idea.
