It really feels like it. With every apperance Yukari moves closer and closer to being comedic relief character.

Anyway my prediction is that Mizuchi will outsmart them by going after fighting games characters instead.

ok, my 2 cents:
its nice to see yukari eating her own words and cooperating with satori in the end, now i feel that shoehorning flan in all of this is mostly the increasingly rise in her popularity, but her as a plot device is and ad hoc (she was the only one who sensed that something was off in the mansion,is this an asspull?)
now i would actually like if Mizuchi can outsmart the two, it will be the much needed humble pie for flan (she is no longer the psychopatic madwoman in the basement, but now she seems to be a cheeky uncaring blood knight sociopath, hardly an improvemente)

by the way this was the second time a Sage kidnaps a member of the SDM (behind remilia's back), the hag is not omnicient so how does she know the right door to put a Gap-trap?, that give more credit to the hypotesis of the Hoggoblins being a part-time Spies por the sages. (it seem that the vampire contract comes with unknow clausules because no other household and factions get this invasive by the sages)

Im one of the people who actually like mizuchi, she proves that you dont need Hax powers or even a physical body to dab in the shrine maiden and the rest of gensokyo, only the will and the smarts.

Zun is using Flan quite a bit lately.

Bringing her in feels like Yukari is upping the states. Flan will go for the kill while so far the spirit just leaves people ko’d even when possessing someone with crazy dangerous powers.
