Apparently the special Hecatia event card is also the best card for Retro Aya. I don't think anyone will go out of their way to grind it for her as well with those bad drop rates but some people will probably just be ungodly lucky again and just have 3 fully powered up versions of the card in less than 300 battles. There is always someone like that.

I will give you that Shion's 4T cooldowns are very good and excatly what Hecatia needed. If she had 3 levels of debuffs for 2-3T on a 4T cooldown she'd be excellent.

Tewi relies on RNG on ther bullet lines to get up to 10 yang def down and that's only for 1 target, the rest get 7 at best. And she needs 1 turn with WoSD to get up to 3P to even do it.
Shion doesn't compare even with setup.
Meanwhile with the same turn of setup Hecatia will hit the same 10 yang def down but for everyone with 100% success rate.
I'm not accounting for how poison affects yang def because I forget, so it's possible that Tewi has higher highs for that one target she throws her skills on.
This much of yang def down is overkill anyway since you get diminishing returns.
As a general debuffer having almost everything locked behind your LW is horrible as well. IMO the big draw with Hecatia is that she can hit ~5 levels of yang down and then do it again after a health bar. And again after another.

Random bit of information that might be interesting: The jap version has been releasing the swimsuit characters at a pace of 1 character each month so at the beginning of october you will get the next one and the final one for now will be at the start of november. The thing is, the end of october/start of november is the 2.5 year anniversary of the jap version so people are unsure if they will actually just release another swimmer there or do something different. They will need to start bringing in all those other new characters at some point after all.

If you want some history, the Youmu maid event was the worst event the jap version ever had. It was held super early and the devs had absolutely no idea how to balance the event points. It was extremely undertuned. You got almost no points even for beating the highest lunatic battles. The game barely even had any characters and most people had only a handful of characters even at LW level so some people could not even really grind anything. The worst part of it all was that the jap version didn't even have full auto at the start. The only auto-play the game had was the regular auto mode, which causes your characters to use regular shots only and no spells ever. You either had to set up a long macro or do pretty much every action manually. It was so bad.

The question in the end is going to be what they will do next month in the middle of the month. Since the beach characters are all EFES they will only be released at the start of the month. There are also no characters left from the set that had all the lunarians and cyber 2hus. Next anniversary also isn't going to be until the start of november.

Dang, jp really likes her. They're calling her a "chimera fusion" of Toyohime and Hunter Flan. She deals big damage (has anti-gensokyo/youkai + great scaling), inflicts a lot of burn, and removes lock status.

Her party lock remove is on her skills, while her self remove is on her solo spellcard, which is unique. Said spellcard also inflicts 4 burn to a target, auto-breaks it @ 3P, and the break overflows and hits first
