Playable teams return, though with 2 choices each. Reimu gets Yukari/Suika, Marisa gets Alice/Patchy, Sakuya gets Remi/China, Sanae gets Suwako/Kanako and Kisume gets Yamame/Okuu (I wish.)

Set in a volcano. Final boss is a loli made of lava. Extra boss is the essence of pure heat, in touhou form.
