And I think フェザリーヌ should be written as Fetherinne, not Fetherine.

Given all that we know of Bernkastel's past, and the details from Bernkastel's Letter, Lambdadelta's Diary, etc., it's fairly safe to say that, even if the Higurashi we know didn't happen in the Uminekoverse, something very very similar to it did, and you might as well refer to that as Higurashi.
