Money will not be an issue, making the case pubblic will solve that, especially by selling exclusives to newspapers if the story gets enough renown, people usually are moved by this kind of drama.
There's also an high chance that some company will use her as a test subject for some high tech protesis, they gain free publicity and a test case, while she gets free limbs.
The only real problem is how she deals with the situation, women are really sensitive about their bodies, chances are she'll go into depression thinking she's a monster or something.

Hearing is not the problem since is the easiest to be fixed the real problem is in her eyes, even with the artificial eye, its not the same thing (its like a webcam)
