P2P such as limewire or popular torrent sites will get you a v@ because you're sharing. Uploading is what they go after, because they want to cut off the distribution. They generally don't go after people who download innocently named files, because they have to prove intent and a bunch of other stuff. Its easier to go after the slamdunk cases. Just like "zomg FBI trap" shit, they use links that specifically give a warning when you go there and say "click if you want to proceed." This instantly proves intent and its how they nail stupid people. If they go around to sites like rapidshare and upload innocent sounding files with names such as "mariah carey cds" that contain cp there would be a huge backlash as anyone could find and download those without intent.
