Yuka is insane, more so than Flandre. That's her greatest strength. While the others play by 'danmaku rules', Yuka is more likely to kill you than to let you fight another day. She could even destroy Gensokyo if Yukari Here's-an-ICBM-Yuka-chan~ wasn't in her way.

Oh, yeah, Yuka survived a nuclear explosion. Only the strongest can do that.

Well. It's that like in Yuka's case, she's so powerful that normal humans aren't even worth her time or effort. As opposed to a youkai like Medicine who's a hell of a lot younger and not as powerful and downright hates humans. When she gets older she'll mature some and wise-up.
