One of her main weaknesses is that her spellcards are nothing special damage-wise. This is unlike friends such as EoSD Reimu, L. Toyohime, and Hecatia who basically have mini last words in their spellcards. So for Junko to do BEEG DAMAGE you need her LW.

Good news is that she doesn't care about elemental resists, her LW base damage is excellent, and that her LW slayers are insane (the best in the game?). The bad news is that she doesn't have much crit atk support for herself. You can overcome this by sticking that miracle mallet card on her all-target spellcard. Takes her crit multiplier from 2 -> 3.5. Do this twice to max it out at 5x, but that takes 2 turns of setup. Of course you could also pair her with a character who offers good crit support. Give them that Hecatia card to give the team +2 more crit attack in addition to whatever else they're supplying.

Using ロストワード.com as a source Junko's slayer damage with a standard crit multiplier of 2x is 730,025. Compare this to Radrisa (505,659), Tenshi (227,126), EoSD Reimu (511,981 vs youkai and 279,900 w/o slayer), and fanfiction Flandre (1,861,326 lmao wtf).
So Junko's damage is in the upper echelon by herself. But with a turn of setup (or friends helping her) = +5 crit = 3.5x multiplier = 1,277,544 damage, and +10 crit = 5x = 1,825,063 damage. And this isn't even taking to account the yin atk support she could receive or the burn multiplier you'd get from her all-target spellcard.

The above is assuming she's fully awakened. Awakening slaps another multiplier onto her spellcards, I think it's 1.32x for her? If that's right then her base unawakened slayer damage would be 553,049 instead of 730,025. Correct me if I'm wrong. Not quite sure how that works.

Anyways, lil Junko has unremarkable spellcard damage but her Last Word hits damn near everyone in the game for crit and does a lot of damage when it does. Exception being when she gets her crit atk up, which in that case she does a fuckton of damage.

Lastly, If these numbers sound too good to be true remember that being non-elemental means she cannot hit effective elements for 2x damage, so it kinda balances out.

Oh yeah, I don't know if most people knew about it but the extra reincarnation steps will be distributed like reincarnation when it was first introduced. I am curious how someone like Sanae is even going to get buffed. Her own attack is just way too low. Her reincarnated self only has 1300 attack and some of her bullets even use the way lower other attack type. If they give her 150% scaling on defence or speed, she could maybe deal damage. The flat dragon only has around 1150 attack but since she has 100% def scaling and defense like Little Junko, she can still deal lots of damage. Or maybe they will just give Sanae 100% elements on all her bullets and some party wide buffs to each spell and call it a day. Just increasing her healing isn't really going to do much. Can't even overheal in this game and nothing scales with max HP besides funnily enough healing itself.

Here's a better version of her cards. The JP wiki suggests Yang Atk, but what she really needs is HP to survive the black fairy's crits. She reaches 1342 yang atk, 1268 agility, and 5055 hp with this setup. My strategy is also slightly different:
Turn 1: Use skills 1+2+3, use 1 graze, use 2nd spellcard at 0P
Turn 2: Use 1 graze, use 1st spellcard at 2P on fire fairy
Turn 3: Use 1 graze, use LW at 3P
Turn 4: Use skill 1, use focus shot at 2P
The difference is turn 3, where she uses a graze while the JP saves it for turn 4. Using it on turn 4 doesn't make sense when she should always outspeed the red fairy, whereas using it on turn 3 means it doesn't matter if the red fairy lives through her LW or not. I've been using this strategy for two weeks and it hasn't failed once, while the wiki strategy was failing just often enough to be annoying.

Youmu doesn't have a buff for her spells at all. It only buffs her worst skills. It reduces the CD of her third skill by 1 turn and increases the damage reduction of her first passive from 20 to 25%.

With Sanae, you can reduce the CD of 2 of her skills and power up each individual bullet of her LW, but not her regular spells. The damage increase seems quite large but someone has to do the math for it all first.

New arena mode is kinda interesting. You have multiple battles you can do and each battle type favors certain character types, buffing them greatly. At the end of each run you get graded and get points as a reward. The characters you used are locked now though and can not help in the other battles. So this SFES group I always just throw in the arena would now be unuable in the other battles unless I reset the battle results and use more fitting characters.

I think it might legit be impossible to get a perfect score in all arena battles. Maybe on 1-2 but not in all 4. One of the score categories is the numbers of attacks you made and another is used up shields. Using 6 attacks, which is every character attacking once, is already too much and removes 2 points.

People finally got their hands on it and the big card, specifically designed for the new Reimu, has the following effects at full power:
102 yin attack and 48 yin defense for base stats
-2 yin defense for the whole enemy gang for 2 turns but only if the character using the card is an attacking type (which Reimu is)
+35% sun damage
+20% light type bullet damage

Probably means that Blue Reimu is going to have an all Sun with Light type bullets LW. Otherwise the card would make little sense.

So far it doesn't look like anyone has come up with a consistent way to beat the Marisa battle without bringing 6 characters. There are lots of fun 6 person teams but all the 4 person teams are basically a gamble because of the single turn that your shields are also locked once Marisa is on her last legs. Having to eat one hit wouldn't be so bad if Marisa's single target attack didn't deal 11k+ damage. If she kills little Reimu with it the battle is basically over. Since she locks both shields and power, you also can't just use Toyohime to heal it since she only removes 1 random lock and killing both Sakuya and Sanae while also getting Marisa down to her last bar without switching at all seems not possible for any 2 person team.
