I'm the anon trying to get rid of the UI. Here's what I've done so far (not much). This info may be useful for the font/sprite replacing efforts too

- Using ExtractData, I can get the image files to extract fine, as BMPs, from sysgrp.arc
- Repacking those files to with AnimED using Buriko General Interpreter file type results in the game not working.
- Seems like the problem is the game cannot find the files after repackaging, because they are BMPs now, while they were stored without format(?) before.
- ExtractData can't extract without format, as far as I can tell.
- AnimeED can extract without format, and even generate a file list with sizes and offsets, which seems like crucial for the game recognizing sysgrp.arc as legit.
- But extracting with AnimeED results in non format (encrypted?) files that I can't edit.
- Was there a needle?

I'll keep trying. I have a plasma, so I don't want to have permanent VN controls burned into my display...
