I've read Tsukihime, Saya, Umineko, ever17, and a couple of others, I'm looking for a VN that is more plot based, not so much on the fapping front.

Though IMO recommendation threads are better if the person is looking for something specific instead of just "what's good?" I myself have been trying to find good Comedy-Focused VN's, but looking at that laundry list I have no idea which ones are comedies, which ones are Mindfucks, which ones are sex romps, etc.
