Should I develop territory first or increase the relationship with commander ?

Also what does the "prepare for next battle" in your and other territory does ? I once chose it and the next turn the % drop by 3 %.

What does Con:5 Sea:5 stand for ?

By most bs characters I mean as in the original novel. Zhuge Liang is pretty much a god like strategist who seems to have everything "just as keikaku", while Zhao Yun is portrayed as a moralfag who would never sleep with a woman. Funny thing is,he,just like most moralfag generals in that novel, seems to be gay for Liu Bei.
