craft store nearby has a platinum cure silicone kit used for making molds for resin so im giving it a go

I use it somewhat frequently and I've had one bottle for over 2 years.
You only really need enough powder to cover the bottom of a small cup, less than the size of your hand. I use an old 'large-tub' sauce container because it was deep enough.
Keep the powder to one side, boil a kettle to your desired warmth, and pour just enough to cover the powder and mix with a fork so there's no congealed lumps.
Add water as needed for your desired consistency.
Voilla, perfect lube for onahole fucking. I usually make it with boiling water so I can pour it into my onahole and heat it up, it cools down pretty quick anyway.

Man, the Venus Real Soft is magical. It was not what I expected, but honestly I didn't really have expectations. I cum way too fast lmao.
After some nights I can say that it was worth it.

So it sounds like it's happened before, but it's not normal. They're very apologetic though and I'm sure they'd prefer not to send a whole new body that might get messed up in shipping as well. The bright side is that they say the rest of the upper chest appears to be fine and they intend to have some kind of equalization if I just keep it as is. On the bright side, I can use it without the head to rest my super giant boobs on the neckline in place with the arms as support around my back for a transformation into bomb ara ara oneechan to use with my smothering ASMR.

I'll try the neck repositioning, but this is definitely jank.

If the skeleton itself isn't damaged or there are no actual tears, tpe will always recover naturally by itself. I suggest a hot water bottle over a hot towel if the creases are bad.

I had one just like that, maybe not as bad but very close. I was lucky in that it was bent straight backward. There was very low stress on the joint. But fuck it was down there. I could not for the life of me move the neck with my hands at all and I've got some grip strength. Wedge the head and got it in then was able to pop it out a few inches. Once it was there it was easy to get back to position.

If it has not broken, then once you pop it back into position it will adjust fairly stiffly.

The manufacturer was wise to suggest this repair. Same doll, tons of use, no issues since. If it doesn't work out then I would want to be compensated for a product not packed correctly. Or the shipper mishandling a fragile box. Just because it is a sex doll doesn't mean the delivery company doesn't owe you and your doll manufacturer the money for fucking up your doll.

If you aren't absolutely fucking disgusting you won't get a UTI. Even if you are you could just get a disposable Tenga, but they aren't as good/varied and not cost-efficient, don't recommend.
Put in a little soap and water, use your finger to rub it around in there, rinse it out, and stick a drying stick in for a minute (you can get them along with an onahole order), and badabing badaboom you're good.
Every once in a while just give it a more thorough wash.
I had an old trusty (my first one before I knew how to maintain them better) I used almost every day for six months and mostly cleaned it by sticking a rag in there with a pen and wiggling it around, had no stench/mold issues whatsoever (although it did eventually damage it).

Just buy a cheap one and give it a try already.
If you find you're too lazy to do that bare minimum for maintenance then you can just toss it.
I personally recommend the Taimanin Yukikaze (picrel), about as cheap as they come at around $20 (not including shipping), and is surprisingly good.
Once I broke it in it was a favorite of mine.

All things considered, the damage to the neck is MOSTLY aesthetic and hidden while the head is attached, but the frame is okay.

The foot suffered some damage, but I'm not touching the feet anyway, so doesn't matter. She can stand in the bathroom which is good enough for me.

So far so good. They said they don't want me to send it back, so they're saying some form of compensation for the damage would be in order and UPS has just lost their business (possibly.) I'll report back on how well customer service from KumaDoll runs, but so far they've been very responsive and it helps a ton. It's a pain for sure, but the feeling of it is worth it.
I left it to dry on my radiator on a soft cloth so it didn't indent and mark the TPE, but the rising heat I figured would work its way inside and dry it.
Come back the next day and nope, still damp inside. In the end I just used corn starch to soak up the moisture and powder it.
After the next time or so I'm gonna have to rub it down with some oil I expect.
