I have this. It was from some site that had some bigass long story spanning multiple web pages with multiple images. This one in particular was funny. I'm not sure if I cropped it or not. I don't even remember the context and I'll probably never find that site again if it even still exists. I originally only found it by chance because I was looking up that one old Meiling song/flash where Meiling ends crying out うわあああああん. I feel like I didn't remember anything but the song part and forgot that it was part of that ROOM CLEANING STOP parody, so I was searching the うわあああああん part and this image came up in the search.

I don't think there's a special story behind the picture itself, but I tried searching for the sauce long ago and couldn't find it. I could swear iqdb didn't find it at the time. I only tracked it down much later.
