- Saber is weighed down by heavy plate armor. Her moves are way too slow and she would never be able to touch Kenshin.

- Kenshin's Emperor sword has been folded over forty million times during forging, so it can easily slice through Saber's poorly crafted Excalibur and western plate armor.

I dunno about that man, Kenshin eats a 5 layered bentoubox as a snack... and thats when she tries to limit herself.
In battle: Kenshin is certainly incredibly strong and skilled, she is however not a servant. She cannot blast huge ass cones of energy destruction nor can she regenerate wounds like Saber can.
So yeah, Saber would probably win because of her servant powers. But it wouldn't be easy.

Actually, Saber would also probably be level 2 but who knows. We don't really know the requirements for a level 3. All we know is that Annis is worth 2000 expert Mages alone and that Rick Addison a level 2 Swordsman who also possess a Magic sword was strong enough to take out an entire army by himself.

And yeah, jokes aside British the leader of the Eternal Heroes was just a level 2 Swordsmen. There really is no known level 3 swordsmen besides Kenshin with Emperor Aura and Sword. Hmm.... Do you guys think Rance might become Level 3 by some plot work at the end of Rance X or IX? Plot work as in some kind of ritual like Shizuka did to get Level 3 Magic for awhile.
