"King of omelets, do you have enough eggs?"

Been away for one week. Is GM still posting YWUIG here?

>> No.379023

>>379017

Took over http://www.touhouproject.com/th/ for now.
GM is banned.
Inb4 404

>> No.379021

No, banned. But it's still ongoing. Lurk for his new location.

>> No.379039

in during possible 404 by faggot mods who know jack shit about /jp/ except what some faggot tells them on IRC.

>> No.379049

Also, while this still exists...
Yes, you missed a shitstorm of epic promotions when it was found out that GM was banned.
CP, Hotglue, Touhou promotions, etc. Hence sticky and sticky amendment

>> No.379052

>>379049
No, the sticky happened. Then everything was fine and dandy.

And then shitstorms. HUNDREDS of them.

>> No.379057

Why does this board exist again?

>>379052

Isn't that what I said?

>> No.379062

>>379039
Next time, you be that faggot /jp/. Request stickies.

>> No.379067

Okay, I'll be adding today's events to the archives now. I'll probably have it done eventually. Anyone who doesn't want to bother looking through the pages of forums, check the archives in awhile.

>> No.379065

>>379057
/a/ wanted SRS ANIMU DISCUSSIONS about Naruto and Bleach. So a few people bitched endlessly to mootle about making /jp/.

>>379061
Was it? The way I read it, the sticky happened AFTER the shitstorms.

>> No.379071

moot should just remove /jp/ since it has no use anymore.

Guess I should take a public speaking course.

It is pretty lame that /jp/ can't host YWUIG anymore, but I'm anxiously awaiting when that touhou image board's userbase wakes up and realizes we quintupled the amount of posts on it. Also, Spring is there too.

I drew them a pic on their oekaki. I hope they feel better. About the price of bandwidth, that is.

/jp/ was perfectly fine with all the RPing and other ex-/a/ stuff. In fact, that's what it was created for.

I think you misunderstood me, who probably misunderstood him.

>"touhou and VNs on /jp/? BLASPHEMY MORE DISCUSSIONS ABOUT ASS IN ROPPONGI"

Fucking SECONDED! I'm so glad someone has brought this up, any fucking discussion about fucking Roppongi should result in a permaban as far as I'm concerned. It's so funny how these people moan about the 'anime nerds' on /jp/ and 4chan in general and say that otaku culture is all we know about Japan. These are the same people that go to Japan for one reason: To get wasted. Which you can do fucking anywhere.

Don't know about any other gaijin otaku, but when I went to the Moon I suppressed my power level and actually visited places of historical and cultural value. So don't fucking lecture me about how much you know about Japan because you went to a few fucking clubs, got wasted and got laid by some AIDS ridden ganguro skank.

I'm going to have to third this. I have a friend who wants to go to Japan with me if I ever go again, and all he wants to do is drink himself stupid like he does every weekend anyway. He has no interest in seeing things like Kiyomizu Temple or the Imperial Palace, and taking him to Akihabara would be like putting his dick in a meat grinder, so I can't fathom why he would want to go to Japan.

>> No.379248

Honestly, who gives a shit what moot thinks? Is the guy even a weeaboo anymore?

>> No.379255

>>379248
He has the final say on what goes in boards. The mods have second-final say. People are unhappy with the mod's performance, so now we have to rely on Moot.

>> No.379257

>>379255
That's because mods here make up shit as they go along instead of actually doing what moderators are supposed to do: maintain and enforce the rules.

Not make-up whatever rules they feel like making up just because they don't like something.

>> No.379262

>>379257
Why yes, the mods did equal faggots in this case. Nevertheless, there is an argument that VN-style threads can be classified as "roleplaying", and moot did specifically make roleplaying against the rules.

Hence, wait for him to finish his soup.

>> No.379267

>>379246

I can't really understand why anyone would want to go abroad for the sole purpose of getting drunk/taking drugs anyway. It strikes me as so shallow, the belief that all the world is is some kind of carbon copy of your own country but with a different painted backdrop to get drunk/high in front of.

I went to Rome with a friend and for me it was pretty much paradise because I'm an ancient history student. I was just going from site to site, not just those from antiquity, but late antiquity, middle ages, early renaissance, high renaissance, neo-classical, gothic, neo-gothic... It was absolutely remarkable. Just sitting in the Campo de Fiori sipping a coffee and soaking in the surroundings was so fucking awesome. Yet all that cunt wanted to do was 'hit the clubs'.

Fuck those kinds of people, they will forever be stuck with the belief that 'living life to it's full' requires intoxication and music so loud you can only hear the 'thumping bass'.

>> No.379276

Well. I meant in general. I won't lose any sleep because of the interactive VN thing. I never really followed it anyways. Mostly because it was done after I already went to sleep.

Guy who archives,

I was reading your page and it should be
"... You just made an entire meal using only eggs...."
[X] "You like them, don't you?"
and
[x] Follow instead of [X] "I want to go and see Meiling and Cirno first."

And to be relevant to /jp/, did you guys know Japan had the 2nd largest economy?

>> No.379404

Going by GDP, I thought that was China. Japan was third.
