Name a single Fate character who doesn't job. Rin fluctuates wildly from being able to resist Berserker's grip strength and taking away a life to his to getting easily wrecked by Kuzuki. This is due to her gem use and she doesn't always carry her best equipment so it kinda makes sense but then you have Illya who is supposedly able to take a mildly well-prepared Rin without much trouble but also has to be constantly protected by her and even fairly weak characters like Fate route Shirou. Saber jobs hardest in her own route. Archer is either hyper-competent or a complete retard depending on how Nasu feels like it. Kirei gets taken out by fucking Shirou. Some of these things can be explained, others can't.

The last time there was an update on what Olga is doing was at the end of Olympus. That was in april 2020, almost 2 years ago. LB6 was 3 times as long as any other chapter but it's an almost entirely self contained isekai adventure and the only really relevant thing that happens is that Chaldea picks up an material for making an anti-olga weapon. Well it's because RoaCiel chose Japan on a whim. That's part of it but also just the way they write it. We got a problem that's as important as the land rejecting human history so servants are unsummoned... but don't worry there is surely loopholes! So it doesn't matter. I don't know how that can ever be seen as smart setup. Now they add a variant on the theme but it's the same treatment. Thankfully the title of the event makes it easy to assume what's happening even though they just toss out speculation. Then there is the issue that originally the idea is similar to DA rejecting human order so it would be nice to really understand the nuances and why the worlds are separated. Actually given how much more definitive and complete it seems, maybe it's an entirely different system at play in the case of the setting split but the concept is unnecessarily close in that case and poses questions I doubt will be answered.
