Can only really think of a few and they all have caveats, KSZ is controversial for fairly reasonable reasons and has a habit of driving away new kigs, Kigurumi Research Institute is useful as a resource but very few people socialise there, I believe one of the USA kig servers has been opening up to non locals recently, but it's still mostly private for the moment.
Last one I can think of Is the Kig-O one which....well I feel deeply sorry for any who ended up there.
