it is an issue but the biggest issue to me is moreso weight & outfit in itself
thats why you can't really do that stuff if you're fat, it's hard to get a dress that's bigger than you because you're already big
you gotta wear a large dress that makes a nice, big circle if you were to spin with it
if the person is ugly/bad makeup/manly the result would still be meh but from certain angles it'd be alright enough, whether that's cope tier at this point is up to you

If he has a light build and can pull off the look by all means he can go for it.

He should use his crossdressing powers for good, like sneaking into female-only spaces, rather than for evil, such as tricking straight men into sleeping with him.
