What I do know is that there's a lot of plot points still out there thats probably going to involve the Anti-Madness vaccine Kaguya gave Yukoichi before Lunarian Third Impact. My guess is that somehow, there will be some huge feedback loop that causes the world to turn to nothing and reset, returning everything back to normal or at least resetting the timeline into a brighter future. Perhaps a bit too hopeful for a happy ending, but I at least hope that Koishi and Satori find closure after all this, Yukari included.
