It's awesome.

It's not the usually yaoi shit, where the only game objective is to fuck a guy, this game has a plot and it's pretty well done. Same goes for the character development.

And yes, there is sex, but this doesn't make it bad, fate/stay night had it too and was awesone.

Additionally, if you're interested in the violent bits I would also recommend Nitro+chiral's 'Sweet Pool'. Before you ask, there's no translation patch for it either.
