It's less likely they'll go through someone's existing post history however. Point is you'll be watched like a hawk from that point onwards, assuming you get accepted. I imagine the first few weeks-months for new hires especially so just so they can weed out potential rogues or people flaunting that they got accepted. do not fear the mods, they won't bite you. just how much what you think to know about them is prejudice?
don't think either that your powers would be a magic wand that will guaranteedly make good threads and users appear and that people's favor can come from anything else than doing a good job
