If the sprites aren't included in this pack, I'm afraid the sprites are in a kirikiri-specific format, and you need a special program to even view the sprites. No easy way to mass convert either, as far as I know.

Don't forget the vertical text box. The best thing is, you can't just turn it sideways in the translation, because it will ruin the GLORIOUS NIPPON style. And the entire scenes are built around it most of the time. And it actually turns sideways by itself when the American speak. I guess even Nitro+ guys themselves don't believe it could be translated into English.

Kanae Ootori - Ara-ara type heroine, works for America. Has a granny butler called Sayo. Hides a lot of weapons under her skirt. And I mean A LOT. Plays contrabass, which is apparently a tsurugi (read: mecha).
Ayane Ichijo - a schoolgirl who acts like a hero of justice (no, it's actually more serious than you think). She's also terrible at traveling (think Ryoga from Ranma 1/2). She gets the Masamune tsurugi later in the story.
Ashikaga Chachamaru - she wasn't in the demo, but she's apparently a daughter of a current ruler of Japan. So, she's rich, spoiled, but good at sword-fighting. I guess...
Muramasa - protagonist's tsurugi who has a woman's personality. I don't think she will have a route, but she still plays a great role in the story (well, obviously).
Ginseigou - the strongest tsurugi in existence, she's the main antagonist of the game, and protagonist collects the parts of his sword to have his revenge on her. Apparently, she's also his imouto.

There is exactly one H-scene in the demo (the infamous limb-cutting one). Seeing that the demo contains two chapters of the game, I don't think there will be that much H-scenes in total.

We've...tried. After trying for way too long, I finally got it to work...except it only blanked my files instead of converting them. TinFoil managed to get better results, but he got the incomplete files mentioned in >>3630861 .

Translator here, Just woke up and downloaded the scripts, seeing as how a previous anon said they used the F/HA encoding i thought it'd be a while before it got successfully hacked.

Anyway, I an anon of /jp/, take on this project of translating it. I have previous translation experience so don't worry. I have no idea about how to hack the game, so i'll need a rag-tag group of people to help out on that front. I'm a slow translator but i promise i'll get it done.

Kikiri does seem to hace problems with Osananajimi wa Daitouryou.
Unpacking the xp3 file works fine except, the extracted Scripts seem to be unreadable (neither SJIS or UTF8). Tried it even with the patch.xp3 from >>3637097.

Repacking has also his issues. Packing with the Original Scripts >>3630922, the ones extracted from the patch.xp3 or the translated works fine, only the game won't start with them (SJIS AND UTF8 coded).

Can someone help me with this?
