Intentional. All Fall 2009 first episodes are in one folder; 99% of people currently watching or wanting to watch Kampfer will know it's a Fall 2009 anime, and check that folder when they see the first episode is missing. I'll probably move it to the Kampfer folder (maybe even delete the Fall 2009 folder altogether) once we get to the Winter 2009 season.

Server went down for <2min because my computer became unstable (I blame Windows).
The guy who was downloading One Outs ep1 automatically reconnected and is still happily continuing to download from the part where it left off when the server went down. The rest of you really need to get a client that supports resuming downloads.

Seeing as it's in 'Visual Novels' as opposed to 'Visual Novels2', it's been on the FTP either from the very start or very shortly after I first started hosting this stuff.
Also, I haven't voted for Baldr Sky on Ixrec's poll (not even once - my votes were Swan Song, I/O, 12Riven, with final vote for Swan Song, and my nominations for the current poll were I/O, 12Riven and Killer Queen).
That said, now downloading.
