If you're used to doing everything by yourself, that's a great start. Just gotta have a good idea with a reasonable scope and you're good to go.
As an example of a nice game with a very reasonable scope, I rather liked this one from the latest Touhou game jam:

just as an example of how little it takes to create a good game if you have a good idea.
With 6+(19/24) days, you'd probably even have enough time to create something with actual level design, like a platformer without too many assets: think Mario Bros 1, where they just reuse the same boss and enemies over and over, but where the core gameplay is good enough that the laziness doesn't detract much from the experience. Or make a nice, polished single-boss danmakufu script - anything you want as long as you can make it fun and satisfying.

Also, for reference, the themes last year were:
- Festival
- Summer
- Kikeijuu (Oni-Shaped Beast, title of Touhou 17)
- Increment
so it wouldn't surprise me if Touhou 18 (or Rainbow Dragon Cave) ends up being one of the themes this year.

I think ZUN tosses hime into character names because it makes it sound cute and girly. There's a lot of Touhou characters with hime in their name, Momoyo and Keiki being the most recent examples.
