Japanese restaurants sell "authentic" ramen. Unfortunately, it costs as much as any normal noodle they serve, so don't expect it to be cheap like the instant version.

There are a couple of Ramen places, just use google, they usually offer a review on most sites. I went to a Ramen place in Munich the other day and must say it tasted just like in Japan. I was most positively surprised.

It was a bit more expensive though.

There's some Chinese (recently rebranded "asian") restaurant chain that sells ramen bowls now. Heard one of their ads on the radio in the short maybe 10 minutes I've listened to that shit in months. Wei Pei or some shit.
