I'm not really sure, I haven't seen any absolute comparisons either, just relative (i.e. Ai-chan is softer than the Chichifueta (Rocket), which is softer than the Chichiyaketa). I suspect the bigger it is the less soft it will be regardless, if only because the bigger they get the harder it is to maintain the shape without some amount of firmness. Onadryer man here.
