If I am not mistaken. Killing Chamber is triggered when you kill Ciel in Akiha's route, and this one is of when you kill Akiha in Kohaku's route.

The main part of it follows Arc heppy end, I believe. Some of the side stories follow after the end of various routes, some actually take place during Tsukihime, and others are "slapstick bullshit". The Akiha happy end I was referring to is titled "A Story for the Evening". It isn't all so happy-go-lucky, though. I found "Dawn" to be particularly heart-wrenching.
