I don't think the exp is the important part about the school. For the dojo, I just can't see it mattering that much to have three skills upgrading at once, especially since you can't level multiple skills on the same character at the same time. Seems useful now, but before long you'll only be leveling one new unit's skills at a time.

how hard is lunatic yukari compared to hard yukari? i can comfily farm hard yukari now (even if she evades twice) so i was wondering how much of a bump it is. all i know is that she has an extra barrier and i think a bit over twice her health on hard mode.

Getting the maximum amount of money does require quite a bit of grinding in events but it is possible to buy out the entire event store if you keep at it. First event is going to be the most difficult to farm because people won't have 20+ limit broken lvl 100 characters to pick from.

Yuyuko with her last word is one of the most useful characters for events because her LW is stupidly strong. The most ideal stages to farm in events are the ones that are just 1 wave so characters will use their LW on turn 1 when in full auto. Having a super strong LW really helps with grinding in those stages. In an ideal world you want to have a character who can solo farm stages for maximum cost efficiency.

Is it worthwhile leveling Sanae, Marisa, Sakuya, Meiling, or Nitori at all? Tier lists all have them B or lower. I'd even be fine with a niche use on like one stage.

You could level Sanae to have a healer, but I've not had much use for mine. She also has okay elements.
Marisa is amazing in the early game with her 4 ALL spellcards, sadly her last word is shit. If this game didn't have a JP version, I feel like she'd be listed S+ tier in the first weeks.
Meiling doesn't seem to be useful for anything, since her attacks don't even have elements.
Nitori could be okay for barrier breaking a boss who is weak to water.

Had that happen just now because I had muted the sound, unlike previously, and forgot about it due to no audible cues. Though I think I easily went through mostly because I awaken my units and had multiple dupes which let me limit break them multiples times.
Usually in lunatic what I'd do was :
1st wave : Marisa's spell card (boost1) + Youmu's all spell card (boost 1)
2nd wave : 1 shield/graze on all char + whatever spell card I still had, kept at least 1 spell card from Marisa for 3rd wave
3rd wave : latest spell cards + boosts + shields/graze

How the fuck do I spend coins in this game? Almost nothing requires coins, not even most upgrade processes require coins. Exp is very slightly higher (1-2 digits) in higher stages but it only has significant changes between difficulties. Number of enemies don't matter at all. Hence, at the start it is best to grind at Lunatic Ch1 on the first 2 nodes with 3 waves of 1 (bulky) fairy each. If you bring in a decent enough team you can clear it manually and get about 50% more exp vs. hard mode nodes.

There are different types of scrolls and each of them has 3 tiers like almost every item. In general the scrolls you need most often are the yellow and orange ones. I have 29 highest tier orange scrolls and 558 blue scrolls because no one ever needs those for anything.

Ran can do it but this assumes fully maxed out and having a limit broken frog hat on her last word. This is the damage she does on average if Yukari does not buff her evasion or her defense. She does around 58k-64k if Yukari buffs her evasion or defense which is still eough to kill.

a simple way is to choose either ying/yang up or accuracy up
have a good nuker but want consistency cause their accuracy is lacking? slap accuracy on them, otherwise choose the appropiate damage up
things like speed up and % damage decrease are niche at best, if you use those story cards it's likely as a stat stick
there's a few cards that increase element damage, they can be better than straight ying/yang boosts but it depends on the spellcard bullet composition

They do good damage but they make the character less useful for grinding because you almost never run into bosses that are completely alone. Even daily quests have 3 enemies. Character will use up her last word, kill the boss and then struggle to kill the other 2 enemies with regular attacks.

Some characters have "Fast" and "Charge" as part of their skills. Fast makes you have priority in your current type of attack (regular shot, spell card, last word) while Charge gives you negative priority. Spell cards will still come before regular shots and last words still outspeed them both.
