Them aside...I dunno, Kisume and Medicine get mentioned very rarely. And PC-98-only characters outside of Mima and Shinki are relatively unknown even over there.

Kaguya's not that unpopular, there's a pretty good amount of works focusing on Eientei, and she gets overlap from the Mokou fanbase. Even if we're just talking final bosses, Utsuho's been turned into a gag character who gets upstaged by Satori, Rin, and Cirno.
