I started playing Touhou 12.3 yesterday.
Why can't I unlock skill and spellcards for the old SWR cast but only for the new characters?

Did you set the SWR folder correctly?
To unlock their shit either use a save file from mizuumi, or play through Arcade with them. Or Argade.
