At last, my masterpiece is finished!
Try your best, though I doubt that would change anything *cackle**cackle**cackle**cackle*

A group of friends (Ange, Rena, Battler, Beato, Irie) go to a beach and rent some hotel rooms nearby.
One room for Ange and Rena, another room for Battler and Beato, and the last one for Irie alone.
After having lots of fun, the group goes to sleep.

~ the next day ~
Ange wakes up and finds Rena lying in the bathtub, floating in blood.
The group is devastated by this turn of events and decides to cancel the trip and go back home.
Ange is naturally the biggest suspect but after two weeks of investigation, she was set free.

~ one week later ~
The remaining four go to a concert to have fun and forget about the tragedy.
The concert ends, everyone is preparing to leave, but something is odd; Ange is missing.
Everyone is shaking. They try to call her, but there's no response.
After calling the police, and looking in every conceivable place possible, Ange is nowhere to be found.
The group once again departs back to their homes, unable to accept this grave misfortune.

~ two months later ~
Battler graduates from college and is having a party at a bar with his friends, Beato and Irie.
Despite the joyous event, no one is able to forget the two tragedies of the past months.
The party is over, Irie leaves the bar first.
After a while, Beato and Battler finally leave... Irie is not there.
"Hah, HAHAHAHAHHAA, why is this so funny? What is wrong with me?", Battler says.
The two searched everywhere yet they could not find him.
Beato calls him, but it seems like he left his phone in the bar.

~ the next day ~
As a part of his usual morning routine, Battler turns on the TV and checks the news, and there was the announcement of Irie's death.
Battler is not surprised at all, in fact, he does not seem to care in the slightest. Is this even the "Battler" we all know?
Battler calls Beato to his apartment, for their final party.

~ five days later ~
Battler has been missing for the past 5 days, Kyrie and Rudolf are concerned, so they visit his apartment.
The doors and windows are locked, Rudolf breaks the front door.
Horrible stench greets them, emitting from their beloved son's corpse, and his lover, Beato, both lying dead inside.

[blue]Battler is the culprit. Or to be exact: Battler's alternative personality. The first murder was carried during the night, naturally. For the second murder, he drugged Irie's drink, and later killed him and hid the corpse. By this time, the original battler was starting to realize what was happening. Before alt-battler kills beato, og-battler tries to kill himself in a final act of defiance, but it's to late. Both die.[/blue]

In the end, it's Battler and Beato. Unless there's a third party, it has to be one of them. I was leaning towards Battler being the culprit given the sudden breakdown and "... what is wrong with me" but it seems all to coincidental for that to happen and for him to forget his phone at the bar.

Then the only way any of them would have died is if they were attacked, didn't notify anyone, locked themselves in a room and died. That would imply a third party killed each of them one by one. The only missing information is what happened inbetween the time time they were last seen alive and the time they were found dead.

Nice try, but that doesn't stop me in the slightest. [blue]A hitman, hired by one of the deceased, killed Battler and Beato through whatever means. The cause of their death is irrelevant due to the lack of information. All that matters is that they're dead.[/blue] If you want to disprove me, specifically mention the state of their corpses. Any identifying wounds? Or perhaps they looked all shriveled up from not having any food or water. I'll put it like this, [blue]You exclaiming the state of their corpses will give away the way they were killed.[/blue]
And just because Irie didn't hire a hitman doesn't mean that [blue]some other person did it.[/blue] As long as you don't deny that each and every one of them didn't hire a hitman, it could be anyone. As for why they'd possibly get themselves killed is something to save for the end.

How do you define "going out of the room"? Only through the door?

>it doesn't contradict with my definition of an accomplice
You haven't give one yet! You've only said that a hitman is not an accomplice since it's doing a job.
I'm assuming that your definition is "being concerted to performe a crime" or something similiar. So I'll say it [/blue]There is more than one culprit and they were not concerted or aware of who the other one was.[/blue]

Has it ever been established that there's only one culprit? if not [blue]Battler murdered Rena. Battler cheated on Beato with Ange, but Rena caught them once. So he silenced her. Ange died before Irie, but there's nothing that says that she wasn't alive during those two months. She prepared Irie's murder but accidentally died first! After Battler got hit with all the guilt of what he did, he prepared a couple's suicide, and beato died a few seconds after him.[/blue]

I got two ideas to deposit since they seem interesting.
[blue] The cause of death for both Beato and Battler, is themselves. More specifically, since two out of the five were killed, they figure it’s only a matter of time until the other is killed. In their suspicion and paranoia, they ultimately die by each other’s hands.[/blue]

This one’s out there, so be ready:
[blue] Ange is the cause of Rena’s death. Reason being is that she has a huuuuge brother complex, and wants Battler all to herself. She kills Rena, and disappears at the concert because the suspicion of Rena’s death leaves all eyes on her.[/blue]

Even if that’s not the case, it’s fun to think about.

Heh, guess it's time...

ASHES TO ASHES
DUST TO DUST
ILLUSIONS TO ILLUSIONS
AND DREAMS TO DREAMS

...this is all nothing but a farce, nothing but a collision of two people's delusions, of course, there is no alternate personalities, (as in a person who acts the part of another person)[blue]Ange, Rena, and Irie are tulpas that Beato created, in other words, they never existed. Battler is committed to destroying Beato's imaginary friends by inserting violent delusions into her personal fantasy in hopes that Beato can come back to reality. Battler becomes quite twisted due to all of the violent scenarios he is thinking of, eventually, this violence comes naturally to him and he turns to attempt to murder Beato in order to free her from her fantasy[/blue]

here's an example
>A group of friends (Ange, Rena, Battler, Beato, Irie) go to a beach and rent some hotel rooms nearby.
[blue]Beato rents two extra rooms for her tulpas, Irie, Ange and Rena, we are not aware of Battler and Beato's money situation but renting 3 separate rooms could be quite draining money-wise. Perhaps an addition to Battler's motive, if Beato keeps spending the extra money to uphold her delusion, they will eventually run out of money.[/blue]

>Ange wakes up and finds Rena lying in the bathtub, floating in blood.
>Ange is naturally the biggest suspect but after two weeks of investigation, she was set free.
This is the start of Battler's delusion massacre, [blue]Battler and Beato both go to wake up Rena and Ange, when they enter the room, Battler screams "OH MY GOD RENA IS DEAD IN THE BATHTUB NOOOOOO", Battler influences Beato's delusion using external sensations such as sound, Beato adjusts her delusion to accommodate for the "death" that has taken place and with that, Rena has been killed.[/blue]

However, Beato does not give up on her delusions, [blue]Beato has tulpa-Ange be "investigated" for two weeks and is proven innocent as an attempt for Beato to hold on to the innocence of her tulpa friend[/blue]

I'll get to the rest later, Beato, strike my blues down if you dare, I simply want to know if I'm on the right path or not. heh...

I don’t know for sure how Ange died. One guess is that [blue] Ange overdosed on drugs at the concert, someplace secluded where she wouldn’t be found.[/blue]
As mentioned before, [blue] Rena died before she could get out of the bathtub, cracking her head open when she fell in the bathtub.[/blue]
And like I brought up before, I think it’s possible that [blue] for one reason or another, Battler and Beato formed a suicide pact, killing themselves.[/blue]

By the way, did you know that in one of the Final Destination movies, the forces of death won’t let you kill yourself? It wants you dead by it’s own hands, it’s that petty.

[blue]One of the characters that was proclaimed dead in red earlier actually changed their legal name and started acting as a new person. It's not an alternate personality, it's a new identity. One of the previous identities died.[/blue] Much like Ange in the VN at the end.

Fools, let me confirm all deaths for you, because the real mystery is not related to them.
[red]Rena died by accident, she tripped and hit her head on the bathtub.[/red]
[red]Ange's death was an incident, she acted rude to a bunch of delinquents so they kidnaped, raped and murdered her.[/red] A fitting death for that cold bitch if you ask me, kihihihihihi...
[red]Irie died from a car accident.[/red]
[red]Battler and Beato had a suicide pact, thus both of them are criminals (the crime of suicide) but no one killed the other.[/red]
Now, there's something odd going on, what is it? I'll be revealing it in my next post, try your best!

naturally is why Battler and Beato suicide
for what reason?

if all of that are incident they have no reason to die.
are scared that this curse will take even them?

this is the odd
THE REASON

Are we supposed to believe this was a predetermined chain of events orchestrated by someone or something? Did the world unite against these five people to bring about their ruin and despair, which lead to their deaths? Admitting that is like admitting that it was done with your magic. I will never accept that! You hear me? Never!

Huh... I suppose besides thinking of it as a movie plot, I’d say that the common thread is that [blue]every victim in this story had a part to play in their demise, intentional or not. Had they acted smarter, they would probably still be alive.[/blue]

[red]The culprit must be someone named in the narrative.[/red]

Well in that case, [blue]it's either Rudolf or Kyrie, or both of them![/blue] Or if you want to stretch it even further, [blue]it's the police! The police failed them in their investigations behind Rena's death, the police failed in apprehending the thugs behind Ange's murder, the police failed in making sure Irie doesn't end up in a drunken driving accident, the police failed in making Beato and Battler secure in this society! The police made all of them feel unsafe![/blue]

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!! Fuck you! This wasn't even a mystery! You just wanted to waste everyone's god damn time! You witches are the worst!
For real though, I suppose it was okay. Although the lack of any culprits and mystery really defeats the purpose. I've had fun roleplaying and developing schizo theories, but it would've been more fun if there was an actual mystery involved. I dunno, include crazy tricks all you want, but don't rely on accidents and lack of culprits. In that case they're just tragedies, not mysteries.
