Maybe. But how exactly would that work out biologically? Gap youkai are made up from vague and poorly defined concepts, not flesh and blood - would it even be possible for her to be impregnated by a human?
Even then, what sort of child would result? Most youkai don't seem capable of reproducing with humans, and when they do the offspring always seems to be an "extraordinary" human with some unusual trait, but still fundamentally human. Abe no Seimei is the only human/youkai offspring I can think of from legend (the power of Precopernican Astronomy... okay, maybe he could be a touhou). In Touhou there's only Rinnosuke (the power of... being old?).

But that shouldn't stand in the way of impregnation fantasies.
