Flan could. Remi not so much. Her best feet is her speed, where she cycled around the Moon three times in a short amount of time but she doesn't really have the fire power to hurt Goku in anyway. Her power over fate/destiny hasn't been shown to do anything in canon as far as I can remember so we can't take that into account.
