Why still no touhou anime?

I want an (probably non-canon) anime where a good looking guy like me got isekai'd to Gensokyo, learn magic powers and how to fight, most of the girls slowly starts to like him, a lot of fan service scenes, defeat the final boss, then cliffhanger if he leaves Gensokyo at the end.

Just so that my doujins would make sense.

It could still a be comedy, a cute one like the SOL mangas, or an adventure, or literally fucking anything as long as the girls stick to canon character.

Fuck isekais.
A deconstruction would be cool. Showing all the girls' divine, and merciless side, as the superhuman being that they are. By which I don't mean picturing them like monsters, just as something above, and beyond, humans.
Those are my preferences, though, and I highly doubt most Japanese would like the idea.

each episode would be a short few minutes about various characters and their daily lives
maybe there would be danmaku battles but they wouldn't be that important overall

yeah, I didn't explain myself very well.
Uhm, it's true that there is already a canon "dark side" of 2hus, but above all, they need to be 1: girls, 2: cute, 3: likable.
Hence, if an anime were to come out, people would expect for them to be if only a bit "out-there", maybe on the uncanny valley, while most of their personalities remaining a projection of the perfect 2d girl. So if 2hus were to be presented as something beyond understanding and relatability, to a certain point, that would be a deconstruction of the perceived ideas.

Only way I’d ever like a touhou isekai is if as a twist the end of the first episode is the ‘mc’ getting ripped apart by youkai.

Then the rest of the show is not isekai.

If there is a Touhou anime, it must be based on Canon events.
But the dialogue of the games is probably too short to make a full-fletched anime out of it. Besides taking in stuff from the manga, the canon of a Touhou anime would have to be retconnned to fit its medium.

Diamond in the Rough is shit, but the one thing I like about it, is that it kinda reminds me of a gangster movie. We have a literal nobody, who quickly gains power and prestige, he slowly gets corrupted by this power. He loses it all: his friends die or turn against him, he is attacked by the enemy he cannot win with and then he dies at the end.

Kinda reminds me of Scarface
