Discipline. It's all about discipline. If you're taking it easy so much to the point where you feel useless, then you fall into a depression trap. Taking it easy means keeping yourself busy but not to the point where you end up like >>33415447 . You gotta practice your discipline to keep your own schedule, define your own 'easy', then you'll be alright, but only you can do that.
