There are quite a few funny scenes in the game, though my favorite are the Tokugawa surrender scenes (if you have Ikkyou)

Best scene, hands down, was Kenshin and her bitch getting made bitches by Xavier when he conquers them. Probably the only redeeming part of the whole story. I wish I had a screenshot of it.

He may look a bit silly, and not being playable he doesn't have any stats to back up the looks, but staying standing after multiple shots through the head has to be worth something.
