You know, I don't get why people draw Patchy as healthy.
She isn't healthy, she has anemia and asthma, for crying out loud, she was supposed to be sickly moe, not droopy titty monster.

And anyway, not everyone who gets bitten by a vampire becomes a vampire. It'd be ludicrous to assume they do. You know, the whole grains of wheat on a chessboard thing.

According to ZUN, a vampire has to drink a certain amount of a person's blood to turn them into a vampire. And Remilia doesn't have the appetite for that.

And this is all assuming Remilia has ever fed from Patchouli. Also you just lost the game.

You're assuming that the vampire needs to feed and that in order to feed biting is necessary. This is not true of all vampire mythos, ala Arcueid in Tsukihime who has never partaken of human blood and Seras Victoria in Hellsing who (at least in the anime) never once bit a human, but did feed on human blood. Fairly sure Touhou vampires must regularly feed, but biting is certainly unnecessary given how Flandre's lore states that she is unaware that the food she is given is in fact made from human blood.
