Z is attack. About 4 hits finishes a combo with a knock back attack. Hold different directions while doing it to get different results.

X is jump. X in the air plus a direction is graze dash. Double tapping a direction does the same on the ground.

C is switch Master and Slave. Doing so right after a combination attack and hitting the enemy again will cause a chain attack.

Marisa is mostly melee broom attacks with good damage. Master Spark is also fucking broken.

Alice is great for combos. Her dolls can be directed to get the first hit in, and her directed finisher can send the enemy in a favorable direction to continue a chain.

Patchy is also decent for combos, but I found it hard to get some of her last hits in. A bit more power in her attacks than Alice, though.

Marisa Alice seems to be the best after a few levels. Marisa can start a combo and lay down the hurt, then Alice string pulls and continues it. I've only managed to triple up a few times, but getting a 2 part chain is almost assured.

Marisa's real value comes when you're in trouble, Final Spark and her speed can end or get you out of trouble.

You can charge most of patchy's moves if you hold down the attack button, this is also true for her spell attack. And for her up down attack move, if you repeatedly press the button all the stars will home in on one enemy.
If you seriosly didn't figure it out; Marisa's spell can be done in the air to shoot downards and in the ground to shoot up.

Just as a warning, the last boss is a complete wimp compared to other games. I think my favorite Fire Emblem has to have been the one with Lyn, Hector and Eliwood, especially when they got their awesome weapons after promoting. (Only game that I've really seen decent animations for something like that, though I haven't played PoR or the other console FE in a while)

You can pretty much reclass any unit to any other unit type, but there's a set limit. FalcoKnights only are available through a 4 time a month item bought from the online store with gold (otherwise they upgrade to dracoknights regardless). Generals were given bows for whatever fucking reason, Marth can be up to level 30 (so don't do what I did and stop near 19 for a long while). Arenas can be done consecutively if you so choose, and I'm sure there's other stuff I missed.

Dracoknights using axes, falcoknights using swords. I just prefer using falcoknights because mine usually upgrade and cap out with med-semi high defense and resistance, while dracoknights just have semi high defense, though I could be wrong. Not to mention it feels wrong if Caeda and the other pegasus knights aren't falcoknights.
