I got this thing because I've come to fucking hate the charging stand thingy for my MX1000.
Alright; my MX1000 is maybe 3 years old or so, but the caps on the bottom are all worn out and have trouble with connecting to the charging stand.

I don't care if the MX R is better (how? more FPS in Crysis?). AA batteries or GTFO.

And as for your charging problem- send your mouse in to Logitech and have the damaged parts replaced, unless the repair costs about the same as a new mouse.

I've had my MX R for over a year now, and I must say it's pretty damn comfortable. It also has a thumb wheel, which really helps in being lazy.
The only downside is its low DPI, which makes playing FPS horrible, but I don't play that many games anyways.

1600DPI isn't bad, the G9 has up to 3000, and the G9x up to 5000. Thing is, I'm not sure you can adjust the DPI otf with your MX1100.

That's only if you decide to play incredibly high sens. 400/450 DPI is the best if you play low or mid sens like any FPS gamer that is of a considerable level. Any higher than that will give you heavy negative acceleration.

Mac uses them for the same shit you'd use Ctrl for on Windows. CMD+T to open new tab, CMD+W to close, CMD+N for new whatever, etc. Also, Aya's is a weirdo eurofag keyboard, that's why it's so out of alignment, I have the US version of the same thing here and it's just like a standard North American Microsoft or Logitech or whatever.

Here's my setup, not all that /jp/. Most of my figures are in a case on the other side of the room. Ignore the parmesan on the desk, I was eating over here because the g/f took over the dinner table to work on cosplay stuff.
