What is Otaku culture?
It would be better if we had created a Touhou board back then, a japanese general board, and a board for Otaku culture since the things overlap in the end.
It is odd that a website that is modelled after 2chan would not add a new Japanese culture board for 12 years. The mistakes are piling up.
