I own the Carizeme Belial Six Crank which is pretty similar in the tunnel, though the Six Ball might be slightly different in feel overall since it's dual layer. So I received the Student Council President and it's so good I would almost consider a must have given the price.

Lmao, I remember when I used to use my fingers to dry my onas. I ended up buying a quick dry stick. Such a time saver.
When I clean my onas, I just put the opening over the sink faucet and have it fill up a little with water. Take it off and the water will come gushing out sort of like an enema. Do that a few times and everything in there will get flushed out. Then, depending on if I nutted in my ona or not, I'll use some basic liquid hand soap. Flush it out the same way as before.
Shake it to get any excess water out and throw the quick dry stick in for about 10 minutes. I let the outside air dry instead of patting it dry. When it's time, take out the stick gently by wobbling it back n forth to get it unstuck from the walls of your ona. It does stick a bit of it's been drying for a bit so pulling it out with force might rip it.... Maybe, maybe not. But why take the risk right?
I'm mad I spent 5 minutes writing this down. Hopefully it helps some other anon.

Carnivore/zero carb for almost 3 years now. I recommend it only as a last resort though since it's so annoying and boring to only ever eat meat. Try keto first. What I do now to dry my onas is I squeeze and shake out the excess water over the sink. Then, I poke one of those little microfiber cloths for wiping glasses into the tunnel and sorta mush it around with my finger, and squeeze the hole around the cloth. Then I work it out of the hole and repeat. That's usually all it takes to dry my onas.

G Project makes a PVA sponge dry stick that looks awesome, but it's 1. expensive and 2. out of stock. So, I'm thinking about just buying a PVA sponge and cutting/carving it into rods that I can use as dry sticks.

While the adaptation period is pretty hard, I‘ve had a lot fewer problems with bowel movements after switching to carnivore and while I can‘t attest to gaining weight since I‘m morbidly obese, the idea behind carnivore is letting your hormones regulate your nutrient and calorie intake, thus getting you closer to your ideal weight, be that higher or lower than your current weight.
