Use shikigami barriers to keep her alive. Either that or a regular foot soldier with defend.

Also, give her the Working Bee item (2nd game bonus or exploration in Texas) and the speed luck passive ability and watch the awesomeness. She managed to assasinate three units in a row in one battle.
