/jp/; do you take sugar with your tea/coffee?

>> No.2622288

Of course. What else would you use?

>> No.2622286

Yeah. A lot.

>> No.2622296

Yeah, because I'm not a faggot and therefore don't love drinking bitter things.

>> No.2622300

Coffee is bad for you and tastes like shit.
I would drink tea, but I don't really like it either.

>> No.2622295

Lots of it.

Coffee isn't bad for you. It's full of anti oxidants, more than tea. The only bad thing it does is stain your teeth unless you drink so much of it the caffeine affects your bones and that would take hell of a lot.

If you're going to drink sweetened tea or coffee you may as well get a soft drink instead. It ruins the flavor.

Soymilk with coffee, nothing ever with tea. /jp/.

>> No.2622322

I always drink tea and coffee, makes me feel intelligent. It also keeps me awake.

>> No.2622329

I drink coffee by eating two tablespoons of the ground coffee powder and washing it down with water, no sugar. I don't put it in my tea, either.

>> No.2622330

coffe & milk in a 4:1 ratio with half a spoon of sugar.

Soy milk? Ugh, how can you drink that stuff?
Shit's disgusting.

>> No.2622341

No sugar, just milk or cream at about >>2622330's ratio. I also like Turkish coffee, but that crap is a pain to make.

I used to use sugar but then I kind of fazed it out. If it's cheap tea I'll use sugar, fancy stuff I run it pure. Coffee I always use sugar, although I stopped drinking coffee because I can't take that much caffeine.

>> No.2622451

I use it with tea, probably because I've been spoiled when I was little and now I keep thinking tea should be sweet. If I don't put sugar in it it just feels like dirty water in my mind.
I like my coffee without it, though. When it's made decently. When it sucks I put a bit of sugar to cover the bad taste.

>> No.2622520

Nope. I like my coffee and tea straight.

Same. Probably a side effect of being raised in the Deep South, since all the tea we drink is Sweet Tea.

I don't drink coffee, but I usually but honey in my tea instead of sugar.

>> No.2622546

I dislike coffee, but I can drink tea. For tea, I can drink it with or without sugar. It's the slight aftertaste that I'm a fan of.

>> No.2622560

I don't like the taste of coffee so I tend to use a large amount of sugar.
This one guy always looks at me like queer and asks what the hell every time I use as much as I do.

It's like >>2622318 says though, if you're going to sweeten it that much you might as well just have a soda.
The caffeine in coffee keeps you awake, but it's the bitterness that wakes you up in the first place.

By the way, I've heard that some teas actually contain more caffeine than coffee.
Is this true?

I was raised in the deep south. After I started drinking alcohol I didn't really drink nearly as much sweet tea. Now I drink unsweet ice tea mostly. I only drink hot drinks without sugar too.
