No, the swords were the result of Archer's arm going ballistic due to Archer's ideals and Shirou's ideals no longer being compatible with one another (why Shirou can not activate UBW and lack of access to most of Archer's abilities).

Seriously not a troll here. I only watched the anime and played the 'Saber' path. It was the only one translated when I downloaded the game. My computer got fucked up, and I've never downloaded it again to go through all the other paths now that they're all translated. (Too busy playing Tsukihime.) Hollow Ataraxia doesn't actually follow any specific end, there are instances of events from all the routes shaping the world they're in.

If Saber and Shirou do actually meet again after Fate, Last Episode from Realta Nua is really the only thing there is.

In addition, Saber is just present as long as the time loop (which, by the way, almost always starts and ends with Shirou/Avenger dying) continues. When it ends, so does her presence.
