So funny enough, Hecate still has worshipers even in the modern age, usually in a more paganistic, witchcraft-related capacity than she was known for in antiquity. In neopagan religious circles, Hecatia would be part of a trinity of feminine goddesses, assuming the aspects of a crone due to her magical nature. If you want to worship Hecatia, do what the ancient Greeks do and build a shrine to her in your home near the entrance, erect shrines to her at crossroads, sacrifice black female puppies to her at night at said crossroad shrines, and do some other stuff. Although Hecate is a goddess who performs miracles, she typically wasn't ever a primary goddess in people's lives despite having shrines in many temples throughout Greece, as she did not have any temples dedicated to her in Greece.
